From the Archives:
Andy has moved to Michigan State to be closer to his family due to his health. He plans on working with the schools here just as he has in Washington State. The programs in Washington State will continue.
Andy has contacted the Concord School District and will be putting 30 instruments in the school with the music teacher where all of her students will be able to learn how to play our instruments.
We will continue to look for schools and other organizations in central Michigan who are interested in participating in our programs. (Eagle Scouts, Boy / Girl Scouts, after school programs, etc). If you know of someone who would be interested, please contact us at the phone number listed here. We have instruments and kits available for a small affordable donation.
The Andy Mackie Foundation happily takes used instruments and passes them on to kids who will play them. If you can contribute an instrument or a Tax-deductible donation, please contact Andy. All donations must be made out to: Jefferson Clemente Foundation for the Andy Mackie Music Foundation.
